Can I change my address after I completed my purchase?Updated 2 months ago

You can now make quick changes to your order for 15 minutes after completing checkout. 

You can do so on the order confirmation page after completing checkout, or via a link on your confirmation email where it states 'You can edit your order here'. Click on this link to update your address.

Once this 15 minutes has elapsed, we’re unable to make any further changes. 

If you need to update your delivery address after your order has been shipped, here’s how to contact the carrier directly. (Make sure you have your tracking number ready!):

  • StarTrack for Australian orders: Call 13 2345 or use your myStarTrack account.

  • DHL Express: Update via your MyDHL+ account or contact them online here.

  • FedEx: Use FedEx Delivery Manager (website or app), or contact FedEx Customer Support.

  • USPS: Submit a Change of Address online at usps.com or visit your local Post Office.
