Let us know ASAP if you get a faulty or damaged item.
Send us a message here with a quick description, photos, and your order number.

Once we confirm the faulty evidence, we will offer you to choose from select options such as replacement, store credit or refund to make this right for you! We will also provide return instructions if required.

Heads up: Requests need to be made in a reasonable time. We can’t cover issues caused by misuse or ignoring care instructions.
